  • Ordering Process

    Initial Communication：
    Selecting Car Model, Size, Color.

    Order Confirmation：
    1.Confirming products and customization services with the consumer.
    2.Collecting 50% of the total order amount as a deposit.
    3.Shipping Immediately upon receipt of final payment after production completion。
     

  • Production Time

    Approximately 50 to 60 business days, excluding holidays. (Depends on the brand and type of the product.)

  • Shipping

    Approximately two to three business days for Taiwan, excluding holidays.
     

  • Product Warranty

    1.All orders will automatically enroll in the VIP membership program, and a dedicated guarantee card will be provided.
    2.    The product warranty period is one year. Only the product warranty card will be recognized for in-factory repairs. To protect consumer rights, please keep it safe.。

  • Warranty Service Policy

    1.In case of product defects or malfunctions confirmed by our technical personnel to have occurred under normal use, free warranty service will be provided.
    2.    If the issue occurs outside of normal usage, the repair costs will be borne by the customer.
    3.    Lifetime Warranty and Free Consultation Service.

    Customized color additional charge is NT$2000 / USD$70. The color options for standard and customized versions are as follows.
